One-to-one dog training

Training classes for puppies and adult dogs

Gundog Training

We understand that even the smallest of problems can upset an otherwise perfect relationship with your pet. So whether you are looking to prevent problems by training basic obedience; or whether you are looking to solve an serious behaviour problem Four Paw Solutions can help.

All the training and behaviour modification techniques used by Four Paw Solutions are based on kind, modern methods. These methods rely on a scientific understanding of how animals learn and this means there is no need for force or harsh, punitive treatment.

In our dog training classes you will be taught how to use effective, reward-based methods, such as clicker training, to achieve a well mannered and appropriately behaved dog who fits into your family’s way of life.  As well as classes we also offer one to one consultations where everything is tailored to you and your dog’s specific needs.  For cats, we offer home visits to help with a wide variety of feline problems, and again all these problems will be dealt with using kind, non-punishment based methods.

In 2005 Four Paw Solutions took over the Tadley Pet Dog Club. Here we offer a range of classes from Puppy Socialisation and to advanced training.

In 2011 Four Paw Solutions joined forces with Canine Education to form Canine Solutions Gundog Club.  The aim of the club is to advance gundog training by using reward-based, fun training methods.

Rebecca is member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers (APDT member 858). As with all members of the APDT, Rebecca has been assessed according to a strict code of conduct and agrees to use only kind and fair training methods.
